A truss manipulator is a fully automatic industrial equipment built on the basis of a right angle X, Y, Z [1] coordinate system, which can adjust the workstation of workpieces or achieve functions such as trajectory movement of workpieces. Its control core is achieved through industrial controllers (such as: PLC， Implementation of motion control, microcontroller, etc. By analyzing and processing various input signals (such as sensors, buttons, etc.) through a controller, a certain logical judgment is made, and execution commands are issued to various output components (relays, motor drivers, indicator lights, etc.) to complete the joint motion between the X, Y, and Z axes, thus achieving a complete set of fully automatic operation processes.
