Also, unique to our Cutting Solutions, a water control box is used to regulate the flow of water and air to optimize safe performance. By using ATEX-certified tools from Safety Tools Allmet, you will reduce time spent on demanding risk assessments and cut costs related to shutdowns, fireguards, hot work permits, habitats, and demanding cleanup work.

A-0310 Water Control Box The water box has many safety functions and this is part of why our cutting solutions are ATEX certified for gas zones 1 and 2 and dust zones 21 and 22. The water control box regulates the flow of air and water. Internal regulators and filters help maintain a steady flow. The settings are adjusted before each start-up. On the top, there are 4 gauges: Water intake, water adjustment, air intake and air adjustment. If the water box registers deviations from the set settings, it will cut off the air supply to the air machine, which means it is impossible to use the air machine without the correct air and water supply
